By downloading a Pathways to Technology Video Resource, you agree to its sole use of streaming on your institutional and educational web site or use in "in-person" institutional and educational presentations. You also agree to be bound by the terms contained herein, and any use of a Pathways to Technology Resource is subject to and governed by terms contained herein. Neither you nor your respective institution is permitted to alter or change this video, nor re-encode the video in any way whatsoever. Furthermore, you cannot otherwise distribute, copy, or sell this video. You and/or your institution shall indemnify, defend and hold WGBH, its directors, officers, agents, employees, successors and assigns harmless from and against any and all losses, liabilities, claims, costs, expenses and damages, including reasonable attorneys' fees, with respect to any claims arising out of your use of a Pathways to Technology Resource which is inconsistent with the terms contained herein. The video producer, WGBH, and the project collaborating partner, the American Association of Community Colleges (AACC), will not provide technical support relating to the serving or presentational use of this video. WGBH and AACC are not responsible if this video causes any technical, legal, administrative or other problems for you or your institution. WGBH retains the right to ask you and/or your respective institutions to remove this video at any time for any reason.
